We have been here 3 years now and the vibes are just as good as ever. We have painted and upgraded the whole house inside and out. Margaret has done a fantastic job on the gardens (as would be expected)

The radio station, Radio Hikurangi, is now well established and proving to be very popular, especially with the over 40 age group. We transmit on frequencies fm 107 and 107.7 more..

Things certainly happen at a different pace here... NO Traffic lights, NO parking metres, NO retail therapy!!!! and no one in a hurry!!

Mt Hikurangi from home, the rainbow is for real. The mountain is about 9 kmaway.		Mt Ruapehu from the kitchen window. It is about 40km away as the crow flies....
*And now landlords!!!!!* *Back to start page*		The new house we have bought for $62,000, which we have rented, in Campbell Street about 5 min walk from home. It's about 25 years old and in really good condition, but needs a bit of work on the grounds.
